After growing up in a violent household, I realized that I had a lot of issues that I needed to deal with. I worked with therapists for a long time, but after awhile I realized that I needed to learn how to overcome my own set of obstacles. I started paying attention to how I was feeling and when I was feeling things, and it really helped me to identify anxiety triggers and common concerns.
